By accessing or using the IDNEX platform (myidnex.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IDNEX.link (“IDNEX”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using any part of our Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
IDNEX provides a digital visiting card platform that allows users to create, customize, and share digital identity cards. The features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
You agree not to use the Service to: create cards with false, misleading, or fraudulent information; impersonate any person or organisation; distribute spam or unsolicited messages; upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third party’s rights; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on IDNEX (photos, text, contact information). By uploading content, you grant IDNEX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and deliver your content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no recurring fees. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDNEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
